š„ Something amazing is happeningā¦
There is a huge effort underway to help provide food and hot meals for the most vulnerable people and the staff on the frontlines ā organisations big and small all over the country are mobilising to help while crowdfunding campaigns are helping to raise millions of pounds.
š“Meals for the NHS
This amazing group of Londoners with friends and loved ones working in the NHS have launched Meals for the NHS and so far have raised over Ā£800,000.

šŖ Feeding the frontlines
Feed NHS is a crowdfunded campaign being fronted by actors Helen McCrory & Damien Lewis with restaurant chain LEON ā and in just six days it has helped raise over Ā£850,000 to get hot meals to NHS staff on the front line.
Already other restaurants including Dishoom, Wasabi, Tortilla, Peach Pubs, Rosaās Thai, Hop, Pizza Pilgrims, Franco Manca, Farmer J, Tossed, HachĆ©, Abokado, and Nusa Kitchen have joined to help the campaign.

Brilliant piece in the Guardian by Nosheen Iqbal āĀ From chefs to lawyers to jewellery-makers, an army of volunteers have stepped up to help keep the nation fed.
Also I love this from Hornbeam Cafe in London, who are helping with food deliveries in Walthamstow.
And this is a brilliant idea too.

The Dr. runs a brilliant YouTube channel called Gardening is my Passion and is the man who taught me this ridiculously simple and cheap way to grow things like tomatoes, peppers, and chillies ā everyone I tell about this canāt believe itās true, BUT IT WORKS!
Hereās the proofā¦ mine three weeks after planting ā ALL FROM JUST TWO LITTLE CHERRY TOMATOES THAT I BOUGHT IN SAINSBURYāS!!
