There was only ever going to be one thing to write about today. The man, the legend and the ‘nation’s heartbeat’… Captain Tom Moore. The man who has helped make 2020 just about bearable.
At the time of writing this Captain Tom has now sailed waaay past £30 MILLION raised for NHS… and still adding to the best exponential graph you will see all year.

Bedford Independent reports that Captain Tom’s grandson Benji has been helping staff at the school to open the 120,000 birthday cards(!) that Tom has received for his 100th birthday tomorrow, 30 April 2020 -- the cards have been displayed in the Great Hall at Bedford School.

✈️ Spitfires and Hurricanes fly by
🎺 Serenaded by the Army
🥁…and the Royal Marines
…and the Royal Air Force!
🏏 Made an honorary member of England Cricket team!
🚉 🚇 Marked on Railways and Tube lines
And immortalised on murals across the country!
…even on a van!
